Article VIII. EFFECTIVE DATE

These subdivision regulations shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of publication in a newspaper of general circulation. Subdivision regulations heretofore adopted are hereby repealed.

WELLS

Wells developed according to requirements of the County Health Department are acceptable until an approved public water supply is available.

SEPTIC TANKS

Septic tanks installed according to the requirements of the County Health Department are acceptable until a public sanitary sewer system is available.
